Rename pubsub-workflow to something else as it is not Dapr workflow-related

Describe the proposal

Now that Dapr has workflows as a building block, workflow became an overloaded term. To avoid confusion on what is happening, it might be better to rename the app pubsub-workflow to something else without "workflow" in its name to avoid confusion.
