Styles making links unreadable

The dotted underling makes the links unreadable in some cases it actually changes the wording.
NIT: Also in this case the links id say maybe the links should also align at the bottom of the block.

Proposal:

So I'm thinking regarding fixing the link underline issue, we could add more of an offset here using text-underline-offset: 6px. looking like this:

Alternatively we can just drop dotted line altogether and using other ways of marking links:

With normal underline

Without any underline

Recommendation

My recommendation is keeping the normal underline as its standard across the web and easily recognisable as a link.
