• remove APP_NAME logic with gem/toutv (legacy from cbc)
• ensure CBC npmrc is allowed to install this package (we need help Cesar de La Cruz or Stephen Burns)
• move to master branch
• setup Github Actions
• move repo from Dario Randazzo (personal) to shared Accedo tools (organization)
• test this tool with another project
• use this package in CBC
• delete this file! (final task!)
