Inquiry Regarding Differences Between Version 1.6.1 and 1.7.0

First and foremost, thank you for developing and maintaining the excellent rollup-plugin-web-worker-loader tool, which has brought significant convenience to our project. We encountered a technical issue that may require your guidance and would appreciate your assistance.

Problem Description

When using the latest 1.7.0 version, we observed runtime errors in the built Worker code. After downgrading for testing, we confirmed that version 1.6.1 functions correctly. To avoid blocking team development, we have temporarily pinned the dependency to 1.6.1.

Notable Observations

1. The npm registry shows version 1.6.1 was published 4 years ago and functions properly.
2. However, we couldn't locate the corresponding 1.6.1 version tag or related commits in the Git history.
3. There appears to be a version gap between 1.6.0 and 1.7.0 in the repository.

1. Could you kindly indicate the code location or corresponding Git commit hash for version 1.6.1?
2. Is there a possibility that specific versions weren't synced to the repository due to differences in the release process?
3. Are there any technical documentation regarding breaking changes between these versions that we could reference?

Hello!

Thank you for the issue report, I find it really interesting that the version 1.6.1 update was never pushed to git, maybe @hughrawlinson can remember why that was?

Either way, to the best of my abilities, I tracked down the commit hash to the changes right before the release of 1.6.1:

Looking at the comparison between that commit and the current version, there was a big refactor and the addition of support for other worker types, which could be the root cause for the issue.

I have created the branch debug/v1.6.1 to try and restore the changes introduced in 1.6.1. Let me know if that makes sense and please feel free to make PRs or open issues towards that branch. I can be convinced to revert all the changes introduced in 1.7.0 since they seem to have broken many projects.

1. I've identified the issue affecting my project related to the plugins field and submitted PR to address it
2. After reviewing the 1.6.1 updates, I noticed there are several other valuable improvements in this release
3. You can safely proceed with upgrading the application - I'll be testing this version in my project environment first, and plan to upgrade to the latest version once verification is complete
