Add RGB percentages as an option to the Global Color Picker

Just a simple request to have RGB percentages as one of the options available in the Global Color Picker.

Describe the solution you'd like
In other programs like RawTherapee and Lightroom, RGB values can be shown as a percentage of 255 instead of the raw value. It would be good to have this as an option in the list, along with RGB, LAB, LCH, HSL, etc.

I am an student at the University of Paris VIII in France, studying Free Software Development as part of my curriculum. I am very interested in contributing to Darktable, and I would like to work on this issue.

Could I take this issue and work on adding RGB percentages as an option in the Global Color Picker?
This would allow me to gain practical experience in open-source development and also help me validate my coursework.

We do usually try to get long term support on feature, so it would be nice if you could get around after this implementation to at least fixes possible issues. Doing something is nice, but we need to maintain all the code base.

Just a quick update: I've successfully implemented the feature requested in this issue, and the corresponding Merge Request #18855 is now open and awaiting review.

Thanks again for the helpful feedback during the process.
In the meantime, I’ll continue contributing and working on other issues in the project.
