Description
Is there an existing issue for this?
- I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones
Describe the bug
I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones. This may not be a bug and more just an inconsistency. The parameters are dT 5.4, using elegant-grey theme, with the thumbnail overlays set to overlay on mouse hover. After opening dT, the file manager layout is displayed and if you hover on any photo the photo highlights and the star rating is displayed. No other action occurs. If you then select the culling layout mode, on the photo when hover, a photo info box pops up displaying name, speed, f stop, etc. If you then return to the file manager mode, and hover on any photo, the photo info box pops up slightly below the mouse cursor in addition to the highlighting and star rating. If you select another film roll, the photo info box does not pop up in the file manager mode. It appears culling layout turns something on. In file manager mode, it would be nice to have the info box appear in a set location rather than covering up other photos.
Steps to reproduce
Open dT, select thumbnail overlays to overlay on mouse hover, close dT
Open dt, hover on a photo in file manager and the file info box does not pop up
Select the culling layout mode, the pop up box appears in photo on mouse hover
Return to file manager mode, and hover on a photo and the pop up box appears
