Some tooltips seems to be lost

Describe the bug

After making sure tooltips are enabled (Shift-t) some tools are not shown up here when hovering in lightroom

or darkroom

Just open darktable

Expected behavior

tooltipps should be shown

I have tooltips for every single tools in the bottom bar in lighttable and darkroom.

Also not reproducible for me with 5.5.0+84-ge4fff03d8a on Ubuntu 24.04. All tooltips shown on hovering over the items.

Ok, i can see them if filmstrip/timestrip is shown. Otherwise not

Aah, i see them now after manually changing the window size.

Mmh, now - after another master rebuilding all seems to be good. No idea what that was. BTW not depending on splash screen on/off.

Leaving this issue open for a while in case someone else is also reproducing ...
