ENH: add more DAOS counters for extending the DAOS module

To extend the DAOS module support, we should capture more DAOS related information such as the following:

• Container type (e.g., POSIX, HDF5, pyDAOS)
• Interception library (e.g., libpil4dfs, libioil)
• Redundancy factor

And here is the function for retrieving the property list from a container (it looks like it is an array within the daos_prop_t):

It seems like the tricky part is to figure out how to encode the properties to store in the module. The simplest option might be to see if there is a helper routine for producing a string version (like we see in the daos mgmt command line tools) and just record the string, so we don't have to be able to parse the various types that might be in here? I'm not sure.

It might also be worth looking to see what can be queried per object as well.
