To clarify, we run this for many packages and it works for a lot of them (using same CI license) but then will randomly stop working at one of the packages. So the license is valid and works... but seems to error out. Is there some sort of rate limit for the CI license? |

There is rate limit for CI license, don't run too many build pipelines in the sametime |

There is mentioned for rate limit of CI license in the license type page, but there is no how many times per second, per day or per month. The internet is out of our control, the internet route may be changed, there are many unknonwn things may result in network errors, so even request a few times, it may be wrong. Please take this into account to write build scripts. After Pyarmor 9.2.0 is released, I may document the value of rate limits for CI License
If one project need more, pyarmor team may need review this project. |

Have not had this issue before. Currently have an active
pyarmor-cilicense that is not expired and nothing has changed in our CI pipelines, but we are now randomly getting this error sometimes. Is anyone else seeing these issues? @jondy is there anything that would cause this to start happening randomly now? We have not updated our dependencies, it just started happening today.
TLDR: No changes, but our CI license is now returning "out of license" ERROR
