Lack of network status clarity

Currently, network status is displayed two different ways:

• Status dot shows ZMQ connection status (for Mac / Linux)
• Choose Network screen shows RPC connection status

Neither status is labeled so it can be confusing. Maybe show both RPC status (online / offline) and ZMQ status (online / offline / N/A) on the Choose Network screen? And also make the dot take both into consideration so it only shows green if everything necessary is connected?
