Dashmate commands execute fast

Current Behavior

OCLIF is a CLI tool framework with very fast runtime, however the dashmate commands are taking too long (several seconds( to finish, but we don't know an honest reason for that

Possible Solution

Profile dashmate commands and find the weak spots
