It's been three months since 1.15, and the [1.16 milestone](https://github.com/data-apis/array-api-compat/milestone/7?closed=1) has accumulated several nice features: - `py.typed` (requiested in https://github.com/data-apis/array-api-compat/pull/437#issuecomment-5290593198) - perf improvements in `clip`, `reshape`, `fft` - helpers for `mparray` and `dpnp` I'm planning to cut the 1.16 release "soon". Please speak up if there's something you'd want to include into 1.16 specifically.
