[Feat] Modify map zoom in search and location approval.

1. Adjust Zoom Level for Search:
   Increase map zoom level for searching a segment.

2. Adjust GPS coordinates AND Zoom Level for Location Approval:
   When entering location approval screen:

GPS Coordinates of Map:
Modify map to be centered on current GPS coordinates (longitude, latitude) of the current NewsFlash to be approved.

Zoom of Map:
Increase Map Zoom.

After finishing and merging 1+2, perform the following:

3. Adjust Location Qualification window
   As described in this issue

4. Location qualification for interurban segment (meaning new location is interurban segment)
   This task requires BE modifications:
   Modify GPS location of NewsFlash to be the new GPS the user added (and not only chosen segment).
   Make sure that After saving the new location, the small map on the bottom right shows the new GPS the user has entered

Regarding 3 - this issue is not solved yet, I still encounter issues with it.

@shaked-hayek, regarding 4 there was an initial pr for this issue I reverted: it did adjusted the zoom level but I there was also a bug related to maps (osm map instead of google map).
I suggest only taking relevant parts from this pr.
