Documentation not accessable

HI,

I am trying to access all the documentations given in the readme to explore lilac, however I am not able to open any of the docs. Getting below error for every doc.
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in docs.lilacml.com.

Also is it possible to use lilac without having data in lilac UI and using the features of lilac like clustering, data curation etc within our own environment. Documentation is not available so not clear with that.
