[BUG]: Teradata Conversion - some of the bteq procedural parts are not getting converted

Current Behavior

Teradata conversion:

1. Some of the procedural parts are getting converted example - Export, If statement, Goto, .run etc.
2. Suppose if there is a comment inside a SQL query, tool is considering rest of the sentence to be a comment - Please check the merge statement in the attached file (line 67)
