Motivation
The project currently depends on DataFusion 51.0.0. DataFusion v52.1.0 is the latest release and we should stay up to date.
Changes needed
- Update
datafusion and datafusion-common dependencies from 51.0.0 to 52.1.0 in Cargo.toml
- Address any breaking API changes
- Ensure all tests pass with the new version
