Upgrade to arrow 58

Arrow 58 is released and projects in the ecosystem are migrating to it.

I believe geodatafusion will be blocked on upgrading until geoarrow also upgrades though.

Ah I didn't see that datafusion put out a new release.

I published a new release of geoarrow. Would you like to put up a PR here updating to arrow 58 and the new datafusion?

Since #67 is merged now, this can be closed, but I'd like to ask if we could get a new release with these upgrades, which would unblock various dependent project from upgrading their arrow and datafusion versions?
