Plans for Support of Python 3 and CKAN 2.9+ #16

Hello...
Are there plans for porting this extension to support CKAN's path going forward? Specifically:
a. Removal of reliance on paster for CLI
b. Migration from fanstatic resources -> webassets
FWIW, I'm currently working through these issues for a version of your extension.
