Cannot parse filename for probe insertion number for SpikeGLX Phase 3A probes

The ingest.py Line 54 parses the SpikeGLX filename to determine probe number. However, Phase 3A probe filenames have no index number after the file extension .imec (see details). We should account for the probe type when parsing.
