Fix broken links(example_workflow/pipeline_script)

Both the links for example_workflow and pipeline_script need to be updated. Pipeline script -> should redirect to https://github.com/datajoint/workflow-array-ephys/blob/main/notebooks/07-downstream-analysis.ipynb. Example_workflow -> should be https://github.com/datajoint/workflow-array-ephys
