Better error reporting

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When a major issue occurs, like malformed SQL in an entity, DOT will run. The error is captures in test_results_summary, but it's not obvious to the user

**Describe the solution you'd like**
If an entity fails, all its tests should say 'error' in the run log screen
