The interactive map at the top of the page should not refresh the whole page once an area has been selected

We probably simply need to toggle the interactivity, or hide the map, so people aren't accidentally moving the map while waiting. This may become a obsolete anyway if we're not letting someone select an area but instead just automatically select it from the customer locations.
