Adopt Settings.get() implementation from datalad-core's ConfigManager.get() #52
Description
It provides a more sensible behavior for cases where, e.g., a defaults source defines a coercer, but a get() sees no actual value. In this case it should return the default given to get() (updated with the coercer), and not just UnsetValue.
