``iter_subproc``'s ``inputs`` argument is inconsistent across libraries

As outlined in datalad/datalad-next#782 (comment), commit 4b44891 renamed the input argument of iter_subproc to inputs. This is now inconsistent across different datalad runners. It should be either reverted or homogenized everywhere.
