Azure VM Configuration Check

Feature Request

Please add a new series of checks to confirm that Azure VMs adhere to the documented best practices published by Microsoft. To be clear is the is a check of the VM configuration itself not the OS/SQL configuration.

The results should either return an affirmation that all is well or call out the specific items which are not a match to the best practices.
