Update bundled FFmpeg to version 8.0.1 (Whisper)

Thank you for supporting the latest versions FFmpeg. I would like to update Core to version 8.0.1 because it adds support for Whisper and VAD. 
These are good features that I think will help the community with sound while providing a convenient API.
