HCatalog is not compiled for MRv2 in the mr2 distribution

The HCatalog library included in the splout-hadoop.jar is the same for both distributions (mr1 and mr2). It should be used the proper one on each case. The problem, at the moment of writing this issue, is that maven central does not have a version compiled against mr2.

A solution could be use the Cloudera repository for that.
