Automatically add dfunk roles using information from Hive

First and foremost, add or remove the role with the name of the position when someone steps on or steps off (e.g. "Kommunikatör"). When someone has stepped off a dFunk position and is not on another one, remove the role "dFunk" and add the role "dFunkt". If someone steps on a position again the role "dFunkt" should be removed, and of course "dFunk" + "[position]" added.
