Suggest OpenMercantil for DataHub Commons collections

I would like to propose OpenMercantil as a Spain-specific public company-data resource for DataHub Commons / Awesome Collections.

Suggested collection concept:

OpenMercantil is an independent Spanish public-data platform for company search, BORME registry-event timelines, downloads and API access. It helps journalists, researchers, developers, SMEs and citizens work with Spanish mercantile public information more easily.

Disclosure: related-party suggestion from the OpenMercantil project. If this should go through another DataHub/awesome-data repository or a PR, please point me to the preferred route.

Important caveat: OpenMercantil is independent and informational. It is not the BOE, BORME or Registro Mercantil and does not replace official certificates or registry extracts.

The short answer is: CC BY 4.0 for OpenMercantil's derived public-data outputs, with attribution to OpenMercantil and preservation of the original public-source context.

A careful wording for the collection would be:

License: CC BY 4.0 for OpenMercantil-derived outputs.

Reuse note: OpenMercantil aggregates and structures information from public sources. Reusers should preserve attribution to OpenMercantil and review the source/methodology pages for any source-specific attribution or reuse conditions.

What is good is adding a description and if you have a screenshot of the site that would be cool
