Hackseq 2019 README review

Hi everyone,

Very interesting project! :) Below is a Readme review:

What I liked:

• Clear goals for the project
• READMEs for each of the package are concise and descriptive
• Good instructions for packages installations

Suggestions:

• Minor point as work is in progress, but it was a bit confusing to navigate between branches (ie master vs hackseq19 branches). Maybe put a link to the new README in the master branch as well?
