Incomplete `FilterModelStatus` for querying reranking/embedding providers?

It looks like the FilterModelStatus parameter for FindRerankingProviders and FindEmbeddingProviders isn't fully implemented.
There seems to be FindRerankingProvidersCommandOptions that includes Status, but there's no overload of FindRerankingProviders that accepts these options. And apparently nothing for FindEmbeddingProviders.

This can potentially just be done post-GA by ripping out FilterModelStatus temporarily pre-GA (if necessary to prevent breaking changes!) and implementing the actual version post-GA
