Add support for Client_write_failure error code

Protocol DSE v2 has the following error code, it is not currently handled at all:

0x8000    Client_write_failure: an error occured when sending asynchronous results to
          the client, for example if the client is unable to keep up with the rate during
          a continuous paging session.
