Update dependabot config for github-action-trigger-workflow repo and release it

We are using v1 of the github-action-trigger-workflow repo (see https://github.com/datavisyn/github-workflows/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-product.yml#L164). As a first step, please update the dependabot config of this repo accordingly, so that the actions packages are updated as well. As a second step, please create a new release of this repo, so that we can use v2 of it. Alternatively, we can use the main branch if possible. Please let me know if you have any questions.

@dvviktordelev Thank you for the PR, I have merged it 👍 please also create PRs for all usages of datavisyn/github-action-trigger-workflow@v1 and replace them with datavisyn/github-action-trigger-workflow@main if possible - otherwise we can release a new version.
