Agent docs-readiness scoring for Hello Agents?

I am testing Agent Choice Lab, a scanner for whether agents can choose a tool correctly from docs, README, and setup copy.

Hello Agents teaches the agent stack, so it could be a useful place to test the rubric: install path, use/avoid logic, tool safety, memory, and examples.

Would a short score on the public docs and a proposed rubric snippet be useful?
