What you can do now:
- Create, edit, and manage your friends
- Add phones, emails, addresses, URLs, dates, social profiles inline
- Define relationships between friends
- Search to find anyone quickly
- Log in securely (single-user)
- Use it on any device (responsive design!)
Still to come:
- Organize friends into circles and tag them (Epic 4)
- Friend notes (Epic 15)
Goal: Improve the foundation before expanding features

- Epic 18: Better Auth Migration - Partial (Better Auth with passkeys is live; legacy auth tables pending removal)
What we did:
- Replaced custom auth with Better Auth library
- Added passkey (WebAuthn) support
- Reduced maintenance burden and enabled future auth features (2FA, social login)
Goal: Add the features that make staying in touch easier

Goal: Bring back the original Freundebuch experience
