chore(deps): upgrade @datum-cloud/datum-ui to latest (1.3.0)

1.3.0 needs only @tanstack/react-virtual (already an explicit dep); its other
optional peer @tanstack/react-table isn't triggered by our usage. Verified on a
clean install: tsc 0 errors, 1328 unit tests, e2e:fast 4/4, bundle 243.52 KB
(< 300 KB budget).
