We should make clear why you cannot adjust the name of a personal org

Personal organizations are different than Standard Organizations.

1. You cannot change the Name
2. You cannot delete the Org

We should make that clear and guide folks about how to create a Standard Organization (which has more control plus collaboration) or delete their account if desired.

Chris can likely help with style and language.

I've also circled some slightly annoying duplicate information which makes things quite busy.
