Support  `sendingFrom` and `replyFrom` selection for Email resources

When creating an Email resource, we need the ability to choose from multiple configured `sendingFrom` and `replyFrom` addresses.  
Each email should be able to specify which address it is sent from and which address replies should go to.

This will allow more flexible email workflows across teams and use-cases.
