Bug: Quota somehow allowed 3 extra domains to be created over the quota limit #527
Description
Context:
- @bmertens-datum created a new project 7 hours ago
- he bulk added a bunch of domains and saw that he was getting quota errors for the others (expected behavior)
- after investigating, it appears that there are 28 domains in his account right now which is 3 more than the standard quota
We need to figure out why he was able to create more domains than the quota allows and fix it
