Summary
Design the user interface and workflows for managing notes within the staff portal.

Scope

• Layout for displaying a list or timeline of notes
• Provide a streamlined “quick-add” workflow
• Support editing existing notes
• Show optional action-related metadata
• Indicate when follow-up actions are due or overdue
• Support an unbounded list of notes
• Plain-text only (no markup)

Follow-ups modal for notes on place. Users can get their own follow ups, or all staff users follow ups.

Notes can now be viewed/edited/added from the User view.

Notes can now be viewed/edited/added from the Contacts view.
