I want to make my own rofi theme

Is there a template I can use, that isn't copyrighted and doesn't require adding a separate license file? The color palette I'll use is one I made for a lot of apps, and is my work (will be distributed as FOSS when I'm done making all the ports). Thanks!

The included themes copyright to an author was required by debian to be able to ship the themes.

(They should all be MIT licensed, as that is the license for rofi, but I am not a laywer, so not sure what the exact implication of everything is)

A good start point is the default theme.

What about this ? Can I use this with my own copyright on the generated theme (my own palette)?
