Facing SSL Cert error while sending message #35

While sending the "Hello message"
it's falling when sending function
requests.exceptions.SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='graph.facebook.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /None/None/messages (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1000)')))
