[Proposal]: Add icons for newer social media platforms bluesky and mastodon

## Summary 
I'd like to include bluesky and mastodon as contact methods but they aren't in the icons.svg

## Proposed solution
Add the branding from those socials.

## Other considerations
bsky has a share intent that could also be used which could be another enhancement beyond this.
