bug: jedi completion does not work in python 3.13 REPL

The python REPL no longer supports readline (see python/cpython#118840), which seems to prevent jedi from working unless PYTHON_BASIC_REPL is set. This should be made clear in the documentation.

Hmm that's a good point! I'm happy to merge a pull request! There might also be a way to implement it for the new shell (but don't feel like you need to do that).

My autocomplete stopped working in Ubuntu python virtualenvs and after googling a while and trying some stupid fixes then somebody said 'pip uninstall jedi' and it worked! I didn't even install this package.
