Cyprus is listed as being in Asia but all airports have an LC prefix which ia assigned to group l. southern Europe

For the continent attribute, Cyprus is in Asia : https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyprus
So it's not wrong, even if the airports are in the southern Europe group.
