Help with polling / update frequency

I am new to this integration and a great job has been done, thanks david. I have moved from mqqt/solar asssistant controlling two deye inverter where each command was taking 10 to 15 sec per command to execute am looking for faster polling as I need to control the units in a 5min pricing window for billing on wholesale market. The issue i and seem to be seeing is the polling seems to jump from 5 sec to 40sec. I have read the polling is limited by the wifi logger, am I better of purchasing waveshare RS232 to poe to improve performance and remove these issues ? open for suggestions
