Non-concurrent sessions (such as BOFs & Tutorials) cause sessions to list at wrong times

Headers are grouping by the hour, not full time. 2016 tutorials were included in the json and one started at 10am/1pm instead of 10:30
Emilie suggests they could be in separate list
