Order of selected items

Hi there,

I was able to configure this plugin and looks pretty good. The only feature I would like to have in addition is to be able to order all selected items - I don't mean how items are ordered in the dropdown element, I mean when I select items to be able to reorder them.
Does anyone know if this could be done somehow with this plugin or ideas how to implement something similar?

Sounds interesting, but I think this might be a bit more involved, especially with optgroups, filtering etc., will leave it open for somebody to try.
