Hour change not taken into account

At least here in Europe, Spain we are changing the current hour at 3 AM to 2 AM (going from GMT+2 to GMT+1) because of "daylight saving".
When looking at the hourly forecast, I can see that it's not taken into account, and the hours are +1 of what they should display after 3 AM.
