Remove "." in strings for panels

Most strings for the panels (Rain, UV, Wind etc.) end with a "." period. I'd like to propose removing them all, because:

1. It increases the likelyhood that the string needs two lines instead of one
2. The strings aren't full sentences, so they don't need to end with a period
3. It looks odd to have a "." in such a place
